Conditions changed, rather than blame. Dignity kept, rather than deficit named. Engagements that end, rather than dependency built.
Imagine That Performance is gathering these providers onto one list it refers from. The list is an ecosystem: the same principles, more hands.
What Alignment Means
Aligned providers share these commitments:
Environmental Framing
An aligned provider frames a challenge as conditions that changed. Its marketing, its delivery and its follow-up all describe the environment rather than fault the individual.
Dignity Preservation
An aligned provider treats the leaders it serves as capable professionals who have earned their expertise, and builds their capacity rather than their dependence on the provider.
Completion Orientation
An aligned provider’s engagements end. The measure of success is a client who can carry the work alone, and the engagement is designed toward that day rather than toward a standing retainer.
Transparent Pricing
An aligned provider publishes its pricing or gives it on the first ask.
