Leadership Development

Emerging Leaders Program

Develop leaders who can develop others. A 12-month cohort program for mid-level managers ready to step into greater leadership.

The Challenge

Your emerging leaders are technically excellent. That’s why they got promoted. But technical excellence doesn’t automatically translate to leadership effectiveness.

The skills that made them great contributors, individual expertise, task focus, problem-solving, are necessary but insufficient for leading others through change.

Most leadership programs create consumers of content. This one creates practitioners who can teach. That’s the difference.

What Graduates Become Capable Of

This isn’t about certificates or credentials. It’s about capability that transfers.

Teaching The Shift That Sticks

Graduates leave with the ability to teach the methodology to their own teams. That’s the test: can you help someone else see clearly? If you can teach it, you understand it at a level that transforms how you lead.

Developing Other Leaders

The transition from individual contributor to leader who develops others is the hardest shift in most careers. This program builds that specific capability, not just managing people, but developing them.

Navigating Change Without External Support

When the next disruption comes, and it will, graduates have a framework for responding. The framework becomes yours. Internal capability that stays with your organization.

The Graduation Requirement

To complete the program, participants must demonstrate the ability to teach The Shift That Sticks methodology to others.

This isn’t just an assessment exercise. It’s the point. We’re building leaders who can develop leaders. Your organization gains permanent capability that multiplies.

What’s Included

Monthly Cohort Sessions

12 structured sessions covering the complete methodology. Each session combines teaching, practice, and peer learning. You’ll work through real challenges from your organization.

Peer Accountability

Cohort-based learning creates natural accountability. You’re not just learning. You’re developing alongside peers navigating similar challenges in different contexts.

Teaching Practicum

The culminating experience: teaching a component of the methodology to others. This isn’t a presentation. It’s a demonstration that you can transfer what you’ve learned. If you can teach it, you own it.

Who This Is For

Mid-level government managers, department heads, division managers, senior supervisors, who are ready for expanded leadership responsibility. People whose organizations are investing in their development because they see future potential.

This isn’t for everyone. It requires commitment: showing up for sessions, doing the between-session work, and being willing to teach what you learn. If you’re looking for passive content consumption, this isn’t the right fit.

Investment

$1,308/year

($109/month equivalent) for the full 12-month program. This includes all sessions, materials, peer community access, and graduation certification.

Founding Cohort: 2026

We’re building this program with the first cohort, not just delivering it. Founding members help shape the experience and set the standard for future cohorts. Space limited to ensure quality peer interaction.

Every Enrollment Starts with a Conversation

We’ll discuss your situation, your organization’s goals, and whether this program is the right fit.
