We’re building a pathway for that.
The Path
Step 1
Learn the Methodology
Start with the book. Understand the four practices deeply enough to explain them to others.
Step 2
Experience the Practice
Join a Think Tank or Emerging Leaders cohort. See facilitation in action. Develop your own shift.
Step 3
Apply for Certification
When you’re ready to deliver, not just understand, apply for practitioner certification. This includes methodology training, materials, mentorship, and verification that you can teach others.
Step 4
Deliver with Support
Certified practitioners deliver methodology-aligned services in their communities. You set your rates. We provide ongoing support, materials updates, and community connection.
Step 5
Mentor Others
Eventually, experienced practitioners mentor the next cohort. The methodology spreads not through Rob’s calendar, but through a network of aligned leaders.

Current Status
We’re building this pathway now. The first practitioner cohort will be small and selective. Certification investment details will be available when the program launches. We’re designing the pathway to reflect the value of the methodology, the support structure, and the revenue potential for practitioners.
