He references parts of his book, The Infinite Game, in my opinion, a MUST READ for all City Managers and County Administrators.
So often we list the reasons (excuses) for failure to change the things we can. Strong leadership, including self leadership, will help drive the change we know is needed. This is just as true in local government as it is in publicly traded and private companies.
