Simon Sinek covers some very important topics in this short video including the fallacy of “you need to do more with less”. This is certainly not a piece on how to be soft on employees, a different bad habit that exists in many organizations. This is about leaders actually doing more than “management” of functions and tasks. It’s about what it actually takes to lead people and he demonstrates how a single person produces different results based on the leader and real values of the organization.
