Imagine That Performance Announces Interim City Manager Agreement with City of Temple Terrace

Local government consulting firm to also provide a Leadership Transition Team as City Council searches for next City Manager

Imagine That Performance, a growing consulting company focused on local government leadership, executed an agreement with the City of Temple Terrace to provide an Interim City Manager along with a Leadership Transition Team to stabilize leadership as the city begins the process of hiring a permanent City Manager.

The agreement features Steven Spina, Ph.D. serving as the Interim City Manager. Dr. Spina, a senior consultant with Imagine That Performance, spent 3 months as the Interim Town Manager for Kenneth City, Florida last year in a similar arrangement. He was the City Manager for Zephyrhills, Florida for 20 years prior to retiring in 2019.

The agreement also provides a Leadership Transition Team to Temple Terrace. In the part-time role of Special Assistant to the City Manager, Michelle Lee Berger, former Town Manager of Sewall’s Point, Florida and Lynne Ladner, former City Manager of Hart, Michigan will support the Interim City Manager in varios executive capacities.
